Insurance coverage of acupuncture must be confirmed before your appointment. Please contact the clinic either through the contact form or email address listed on the Contact page. In your message, please state your full name, date of birth, insurance company name, member ID, and group number. Please be sure to send this information at least 2 business days before your appointment. If coverage is not confirmed before your visit, the normal rates apply.

Please note: All appointment must be cancelled 2 business days before the scheduled appointment to avoid a late cancellation fee equal to the visit fee. This policy also applies to appointments to which you are more than 20 minutes late.
